Terms and Conditions

  • Prices include full English or vegetarian breakfast, served between 8am and 9am
  • A minimum stay of two nights is usually required
  • A deposit of the first night’s fee is required for bookings made in advance, the full amount if the stay is only one night. This is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled within one week of the planned visit and we are unable to subsequently re-let the room for the total number of nights of the original booking
  • If less than 24 hours notice is given of cancellation the full cost of the booking will be charged
  • Deposits and final settlement can be made by cash, cheque or Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards. 
  • The standard check-in is between 4.30-6pm. If an alternative arrival time is needed it should be arranged in advance, so we can make sure that someone is available.
  • Check-out is at 10am
  • There will be a £10.00 penalty charge for check-in after 10pm and check-out after 10.30am. This will increase to £30.00 for check-out after 12 noon.
  • Please note that if there is any damage or misuse of our property an appropriate additional charge will be levied.

Privacy Policy

  • The Old Station House Bed and Breakfast is committed to protecting your privacy.
  • If you contact us we may keep a record of that correspondence. If you send us personal information which identifies you via email, we may keep your email and email address.
  • If you make a booking with us, either directly on the telephone or via email, or by using an online booking site, we will keep these details in order to fulfil our contractual and taxation obligations.
  • We will only contact you directly about an enquiry or booking that you have made with us and do not use your data for any marketing purposes.  We also do not pass any personal data to 3rd parties.
  • All electronic data is kept securely on password protected devices and all paper-based data is kept securely away from the public. By submitting your personal data to us, you agree to this storing and any necessary processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy. 
  • The General Data Protection Regulation gives you the right to access the information we hold about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Regulation. Any access request may be subject to a fee to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
