Terms and Conditions
- Prices include full English or vegetarian breakfast, served between 8am and 9am
- A minimum stay of two nights is usually required
- A deposit of the first night’s fee is required for bookings made in advance, the full amount if the stay is only one night. This is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled within one week of the planned visit and we are unable to subsequently re-let the room for the total number of nights of the original booking
- If less than 24 hours notice is given of cancellation the full cost of the booking will be charged
- Deposits and final settlement can be made by cash, cheque or Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards.
- The standard check-in is between 4.30-6pm. If an alternative arrival time is needed it should be arranged in advance, so we can make sure that someone is available.
- Check-out is at 10am
- There will be a £10.00 penalty charge for check-in after 10pm and check-out after 10.30am. This will increase to £30.00 for check-out after 12 noon.
- Please note that if there is any damage or misuse of our property an appropriate additional charge will be levied.
